Best Buy Teach Awards http://communications.bestbuy.com/communityrelations/teach.asp Best Buy Teach Awards provides gift cards to schools so they can purchase technology for their students. This year Best Buy will present awards to more than 1,500 schools -- $2,000 Best Buy Teach Awards for up to 1,500 schools; $10,000 will be awarded to up to 50 schools; $100,000 will be awarded to 8 school districts. K-12 public, private and parochial schools using interactive technology in classrooms are eligible to apply. Due: Educators must apply between July 1 and September 30.

Toshiba America Foundation http://www.toshiba.com/taf/apply.html Toshiba America Foundation contributes to the quality of science and mathematics education by investing in projects designed by classroom teachers to improve instruction for students in grades K-12. Due: Kindergarten - 6th Grade Program--Applications are due October 1st. 7th -12th Grade Program--Applications accepted year round for grants under $5,000. Applications are due February 1st and August 1st for grants over $5,000.
